When Level Up Cigar Lounge first opened its doors in Tampa, the ownership team envisioned something much larger than a traditional cigar lounge. Their goal was to create a destination where hospitality, culture, entertainment, and community could come together in a unique and welcoming environment.
Beza Media partnered with Level Up from the earliest stages of its launch to help establish the brand’s presence in the Tampa market and generate excitement around its grand opening. What began as a marketing engagement quickly evolved into a long-term partnership focused on storytelling, community building, customer engagement, and brand development.
Throughout the launch and growth phases of the business, we provided social media management, photography, videography, event promotion, graphic design, short-form video production, lifestyle content creation, and strategic marketing support. Our team documented live music performances, networking events, cigar education experiences, guest appearances, community gatherings, product features, cocktail offerings, and the everyday atmosphere that made Level Up unique.
Beyond content creation, our focus was helping establish a consistent visual identity that reflected the lounge’s upscale yet approachable culture. Through lifestyle photography, customer experience storytelling, promotional campaigns, event marketing, and ongoing engagement strategies, we helped position Level Up as one of Tampa’s most recognizable cigar lounge destinations.
As community support continued to grow, the lounge became a gathering place for professionals, entrepreneurs, cigar enthusiasts, and local residents. During this period, our work expanded to include recurring event promotion, brand storytelling, customer engagement initiatives, and ongoing content designed to strengthen loyalty and visibility.
When unexpected permitting and construction challenges temporarily forced the business to close, our role shifted beyond traditional marketing support. Rather than allowing the brand to disappear from public view, we worked closely with ownership to maintain engagement, communicate updates, preserve customer trust, and keep momentum alive throughout an extended closure.
Through transparent communication, behind-the-scenes progress updates, community-focused content, and strategic storytelling, we helped maintain excitement while preparing customers for the lounge’s next chapter. The result was a marketing strategy focused not only on attracting customers, but on protecting and strengthening the brand during one of its most challenging periods.
Today, our partnership continues as Level Up prepares for its grand reopening with expanded facilities, enhanced customer experiences, new entertainment offerings, and a renewed vision for the future. The project represents far more than content creation, it is the story of a business, a community, and a brand that continued to grow through both opportunity and adversity.
