For the past several years, we’ve had the privilege of photographing Eliana and her family as part of their annual Christmas celebration. What began as a holiday portrait session has grown into something much more meaningful, a tradition that allows them to preserve memories, celebrate another year together, and document the growth of their family over time.

Every holiday season, Beza Media designs and builds new Christmas portrait sets, creating unique environments that help families capture the magic and joy of the season. Year after year, Eliana’s family has embraced the experience, arriving with creative outfit ideas, matching holiday pajamas, festive sweaters, and plenty of enthusiasm to complement each year’s theme.

One of the things that makes this story especially meaningful is that these photographs don’t simply live on a phone or social media account. The family prints and displays their portraits throughout their home, updating their framed family photographs each year. Watching those images become part of their family’s story, and knowing they are viewed and enjoyed every day, reminds us why printed photographs remain so powerful.

Over the years, we’ve had the opportunity to watch their children grow, their personalities evolve, and their family create new memories together. What makes these sessions so special isn’t simply the beautiful portraits we create, but the consistency of returning year after year to celebrate another chapter of their lives.

There is something incredibly rewarding about becoming part of a family’s traditions. Seeing familiar faces walk through the studio doors each holiday season feels less like a photo session and more like welcoming old friends.

For us, this project represents one of the most meaningful aspects of family photography: preserving memories that become more valuable with each passing year.
